It's Simple. We raise beef livestock. You decide how much of the animal you want to buy. Either one-quarter, one-half, or the full cow. Then we take your future happy meal
to a butcher and they call you for your preference on cuts and packaging. You pay us by the hanging carcass weight. WE pay the processing. You can pick the meat up OR we can bring it to you!
